Finally, we got the referral of our daughter, Li Xiang Ni, on April 9th, 2007!!! She is almost 9 months old and is from the Hubei province. Her birthday is July 20, 2006, and she has been in Foster Care since she was 4 days old. Her full name will be Emily Hope Xiang Ni Chafetz. As fate would have it, only three years ago on the second Monday in April, we got the referral for Allie, who was also from the Hubei province. What are the chances of that??? I am calling it karma... who knows??? It seems as if it was all meant to be.
